Delivery Fees
We provide island-wide delivery at the following rates per delivery location:

The minimum lead time is 2 hours (subject to availability of delivery slots). No minimum order required. The daily cut-off for same-day delivery is 7pm.
*Subject to additional festive surcharge of $10 for orders placed during festive period. This helps us secure riders with our outsourced delivery partners and ensure timely delivery during this peak period. If your delivery arrives more than 15 minutes after your selected delivery window, we will automatically issue a $10 gift card as a thank-you for your patience. This applies to orders with the festive surcharge only.
Delivery to multiple locations
For delivery to multiple locations, the delivery fee will be calculated based on the order value per location. All the delivery fees above are co-shared by us and goes entirely to our outsourced logistics provider. If you allow us to stack your orders, we will pass on any cost savings back to you :)

Failed delivery due to incorrect address
We appreciate your understanding that no refund will be provided if delivery details are inaccurate and the delivery personnel has arrived at the address provided at the delivery time slot chosen.
Re-delivery
Re-delivery will be chargeable, as follows:
- Preparation of the new food items, if required
- Additional delivery fees for 2nd trip (on a cost-to-cost basis)
