Terms & Conditions for Beefier Christmas Bundles

1. Order Placement & Changes

  • Please ensure all details (including delivery address, contact information, and special instructions) are correct at the time of order placement. Re-delivery due to incorrect address or delivery details provided will be charged at the full cost (third-party logistics fee and/or price of the food)
  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement. No orders will be processed without payment confirmation.
  • Any changes to your order after confirmation must be submitted via email, including your order confirmation number in the subject line, at least 5 working days before your scheduled delivery or self-collection date. The changes will only be considered confirmed once acknowledged by us in writing via email.

2. Delivery & Collection
  • Delivery: Islandwide delivery is available within Singapore. Orders must be placed at least 3 working days prior to the desired delivery date. Delivery slots are limited and will be scheduled between 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM for lunch and 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM for dinner.
  • Delivery Cut-off: Orders for delivery between 21st – 25th December must be placed by 16th December to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collection: Self-collection is available at all outlets (except CIMB Plaza) from 22 Nov 2024 to 4 Jan 2025. A minimum lead time of 3 working days is required for self-collection orders. Please select your preferred collection date and time at checkout.
  • We strive to deliver within the specified time frame chosen, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of any delays exceeding 15 minutes.
  • Delivery fees are included in the bundle prices. There are limited delivery slots and will be made available on a first-come-first-served basis. Delivery fees are chargeable at $30 per location once the initial slots are taken up.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All orders are final and non-refundable after payment confirmation.
  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 5 working days prior to the delivery or collection date to be eligible for a full refund, which will be issued as store credits.

  • No refunds or cancellations will be accepted outside of this notice period, as our team will have begun preparing your order.

  • In the event that you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us immediately, and we will rectify the issue.

5. Food Quality & Storage

  • To ensure the best quality, we recommend consuming the food as soon as possible.

  • Instructions for reheating can be found here. We are not responsible for the quality of items stored or handled improperly after delivery or collection.

6. Dietary Preferences & Allergies

  • While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee that festive bundle items are free from allergens. Please notify us of any allergies or special dietary requirements during order placement.
  • Cross-contamination may occur during food preparation. We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions.

7. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional codes or discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be redeemed after the order has been placed.
  • Discounts and promotions are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

8. Liability

  • Our liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the sale of festive bundles is limited to the total price paid for the order.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages that may result from delayed deliveries, incorrect orders, or product quality after delivery/collection.

9. Personal Data

  • By placing an order, customers consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
