Chef Mandy’s expertise in mala cuisine, combined with Waa Cow!’s premium wagyu beef, has led to the creation of the festive Huat 辣! Mala Sauce—an artisanal masterpiece crafted for Chinese New Year.

Chef Mandy, inspired by the authentic techniques she discovered in Chongqing, unlocks the secret to a truly bold mala experience using rich beef fat for depth of flavour. Together, Waa Cow! and Mandy bring an elevated culinary adventure that transforms every meal into a celebration.
