Reheating Instructions for Beefier Christmas Bundles
General Instructions
We have packed the Charcoal Roasted Wagyu Striploin, Aburi Salmon Fillet, Honey Baked Ham in catering trays for your convenience. The catering tray provided is microwave-safe but not suitable to be placed in the oven. Kindly remove the food from the catering tray if you are reheating with an oven.
The rest of the bundle items are vacuum sealed to maintain freshness and hygiene. Please remove food from the bag before microwaving or placing them in the oven. If you are using a microwave to reheat your food, kindly wrap it with cling film before reheating.
Please reheat and consume your takeaway bundle as soon as possible, or within 2h of receiving it.
Charcoal Roasted Wagyu Striploin
- Microwave: Reheat at 1000W for 30secs, or until desired warmth.
- Oven: Preheat your oven to 200C, place beef into the oven for 1-2 mins to maintain medium-rare doneness. If you require your beef to be more cooked, you can increase the reheating time in the oven.
Proteins
Applicable for Koji Marinated Chicken, Aburi Salmon Fillet, Honey Baked Ham
- Microwave: Reheat at 1000W for 30secs, or until desired warmth.
- Oven: Preheat your oven to 200C, place meat into the oven for 1-2 mins or until desired warmth
- Aburi Salmon Fillet: Kindly note that the salmon we use is of sashimi-grade. It is prepared medium-rare to ensure it is tender and moist even after reheating. If you prefer it to be fully cooked, kindly microwave or reheat for a longer period of time till your preferred done-ness.
- Koji Marinated Chicken: If you notice slight pinkness in the chicken, kindly reheat for a longer period of time till your preferred done-ness (or until it is no longer pink).
Sides
Applicable for Roasted Baby Potatoes with Curry Butter, Corn with Black Garlic Butter, Burnt Chilli & Honey Glazed Carrots, Mushroom Relish with Black Pepper Rempah
- Oven: Preheat your oven to 200C, place sides into the oven for 2-3 mins
- Microwave: Reheat at 1000W for 30secs, or until desired warmth.
